SHIPPING & RETURNS
All products except closeouts are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. GC may provide a shipping label for returns if requested, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
GC subsidizes the cost of shipping to some locations to provide flat rates, but we will charge the actual return cost if you decide to have us provide a return label. Actual shipping cost is typically ~$219-$269 depending on your location and whether you choose shipping insurance.

Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. You'll need to install the handlebar, front wheel, pedals, and seat. The bike also usually requires a final brake and shifting adjustment. Any local bike shop or knowledgeable mechanic (does not need to be Yamaha dealer) would be able to assist. Depending on your market, the brake/shifting adjustment might typically cost $40-$80.
These are also relatively simple adjustments if you're interested in learning, however - GC doesn't provide support on adjustments remotely. Please check youtube or other resources/consult a professional.
