- The TS-2.3 is constructed from durable powder coated heavy-gauge steel and is manufactured, assembled and calibrated in St. Paul, Minnesota
- Features extratall uprights and wide calipers capable of accepting most wheels commonly found on Road, Mountain, BMX, and Hybrid bicycles, including wheels with disc brakes, aero rims, and oversized MTB tires
- Accepts wheels up to 29"+ (with or without tires), rim widths up to 4" and hub widths up to 200mm
- Spring loaded calipers and arm for accurate readings
- Can be mounted to a bench, in a vise, or to the 20degree tilting TSB-2.2 molded base (with storage bins)

All products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. GC may provide a shipping label for returns if requested, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

I recently purchased a Velotric Summit 1 e-bike from Garage Cycles, and the experience was top-notch. While the bike is available for the same price online, choosing to buy locally was absolutely the right move.
The shop is beautifully maintained, clean, well-stocked, and incredibly easy to access. The proprietor, Matthew, was fantastic to work with. He had multiple sizes in stock, took the time to fit me to the correct frame, and clearly explained all the bike's features and technology before I took it for a spin.
The real testament to their customer service came on Memorial Day. I ran into a minor technical issue, and even though the shop was closed for the holiday, Matthew met me at the shop to quickly resolve it and get me back on the road. You simply don't get that level of dedication with an online purchase. I highly recommend Garage Cycles!

I picked up a Green Bright STW with Shimano 105 from Garage Cycles, and I’m really impressed. The bike is surprisingly comfortable and extremely aero. I always get a bunch of compliments on group rides.
