- The SHX1 Slide Hammer Extractor is a professional solution specifically designed for removing press fit cartridge bearings from bicycle components \n Uses expanding collets, an extendable shaft and a substantial (960g) slide hammer, the SHX1 securely yet forcefully drives out cartridge bearings with targeted impact \n Compatible with cartridge bearings with inner diameters from 6 to 32 millimeters, covering most press fit applications found on bicycles including hubs, suspension linkages, and bottom brackets \n Includes a organized storage case

I recently purchased a Velotric Summit 1 e-bike from Garage Cycles, and the experience was top-notch. While the bike is available for the same price online, choosing to buy locally was absolutely the right move.
The shop is beautifully maintained, clean, well-stocked, and incredibly easy to access. The proprietor, Matthew, was fantastic to work with. He had multiple sizes in stock, took the time to fit me to the correct frame, and clearly explained all the bike's features and technology before I took it for a spin.
The real testament to their customer service came on Memorial Day. I ran into a minor technical issue, and even though the shop was closed for the holiday, Matthew met me at the shop to quickly resolve it and get me back on the road. You simply don't get that level of dedication with an online purchase. I highly recommend Garage Cycles!
