Friendly, prompt, thorough customer service
My wife enjoys the bike and she is ready to go on bike trips with me.
The bike is very sporty and looks great!
The controller and display are top notch and intuitive!
The speed and power levels are highly adjustable.
The torque and cadence modes are adaptable to various levels of riders.
The bike has great torque and speed to make riding the bike fun.
I prefer a little more comfortable and cushy ride so I bought a suspension seatpost and a more comfortable seat.
My wife is also able to ride this bike easily.
I added a youth passenger seat so that I can carry a grandchild.
The price was a great value.
The motor is quiet.
I highly recommend this bike for any e-bike rider
Solid team at Garage Cycles! Helpful and knowledgeable to assist my process of deciding which E-bike best fit what I was looking for. I absolutely love their dedication to supporting local schools with 5% of your purchase going to a school of your choice. Very cool initiative to support! Will shop and recommend again :)

Matthew and Drew were great to work with helping me find the perfect eBike!
Great bike and even better service ! Mathew’s energy and passion for cycling is off the charts ! I purchased two bikes from this company and couldn’t be happier
Top shelf all the way. Very knowledgeable and informative. Prompt quick service at a reasonable price . All around a worthwhile experience.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable.
Matt’s a great guy! Knows his products and customer. Recommend buying your bikes here!
I recently purchased a Velotric Summit 1 e-bike from Garage Cycles, and the experience was top-notch. While the bike is available for the same price online, choosing to buy locally was absolutely the right move.
The shop is beautifully maintained, clean, well-stocked, and incredibly easy to access. The proprietor, Matthew, was fantastic to work with. He had multiple sizes in stock, took the time to fit me to the correct frame, and clearly explained all the bike's features and technology before I took it for a spin.
The real testament to their customer service came on Memorial Day. I ran into a minor technical issue, and even though the shop was closed for the holiday, Matthew met me at the shop to quickly resolve it and get me back on the road. You simply don't get that level of dedication with an online purchase. I highly recommend Garage Cycles!
Love my Discovery 3 ebike. Matthew was very helpful and answered all my questions and let me ride the bike I was lookingto buy. Great guy and great bike shop.
Matthew was great love the start up energy great bang for th buck
The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable

I picked up a Green Bright STW with Shimano 105 from Garage Cycles, and I’m really impressed. The bike is surprisingly comfortable and extremely aero. I always get a bunch of compliments on group rides.
Matthew is awesome to work with. He's been nothing but super helpful, friendly, and really knows his stuff (he rode in the Tour of Utah). Definitely recommend Garage Cycles if you’re looking for a great bike and great service.
