- Designed to meet the needs of CeramicSpeed bearings. Maximize performance with the best maintenance products \n Race Day Grease: designed to deliver as low friction as possible \n All Round Grease: low to medium viscosity. Optimal use in dry and sunny weather, very little contamination threat. Recommended fill rate: 6080% \n LongLife Grease: medium viscosity with slightly higher friction than All Round Grease. Use in humid environments and the worst riding conditions. Recommended fill rate: 70100% \n Pulley Wheel Oil: specialty oil for pulley maintenance. 12 drops on bearing seals after riding in wet conditions or washing the bike
