I recently purchased a Velotric Summit 1 e-bike from Garage Cycles, and the experience was top-notch. While the bike is available for the same price online, choosing to buy locally was absolutely the right move.
The shop is beautifully maintained, clean, well-stocked, and incredibly easy to access. The proprietor, Matthew, was fantastic to work with. He had multiple sizes in stock, took the time to fit me to the correct frame, and clearly explained all the bike's features and technology before I took it for a spin.
The real testament to their customer service came on Memorial Day. I ran into a minor technical issue, and even though the shop was closed for the holiday, Matthew met me at the shop to quickly resolve it and get me back on the road. You simply don't get that level of dedication with an online purchase. I highly recommend Garage Cycles!

Why does GoMad use a 203mm front brake rotor and a 180mm rear rotor?
GoMad is designed with performance and safety in mind. During braking, the rider’s weight naturally shifts forward, placing greater demand on the front brake.
To deliver stronger and more consistent stopping power, GoMad is equipped with a larger 203mm front rotor, increasing braking efficiency and heat dissipation.
The 180mm rear rotor provides balanced braking performance. Increasing the rear rotor size further could lead to instability, such as rotor wobble during deceleration, which may impact ride comfort and control.
Can I mount accessories on the BMX-style handlebar crossbar of GoMad?
Yes. The BMX-style handlebar crossbar has a25.4mm diameter, a widely used standard size.
It is compatible with most phone mounts, action cameras, and other common handlebar accessories, making it easy to personalize your setup.
